Who We Are

Timothy P. Morahan owns and operates Cardinal Title as its President since 2009; having joined the company in 2000. His legal assistant is Alessandra S. Troncoso Dridi ([email protected]). He is also the sole Managing General Partner with Boylan and Morahan, PLC, Attorneys at Law, having been with his law firm also since 2000. Mr. Morahan was born and raised in the Washington DC area having attended Gonzaga College High School, James Madison University and subsequently The Catholic University of America to obtain his Juris Doctorate.  He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1997 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1999. Mr. Morahan now lives in Vienna, Virginia with his four children.
